Myofascial Release

Fascia is at the forefront of research in the world of anatomy & bodywork.

This mysterious (organ) connective tissue, connects everything to everything else inside your body. Every injury is recorded in your fascia, giving us an opportunity to scratch at “tissue memory”, in hopes of releasing that which bring us down, affecting our health in ways that make us feel much older than we really are.

It is a myth that pain comes with age. That is only half the truth, the other half lays in releasing & stretching fascia, creating space for our cells, organs, and tissues to respond more efficiently to life’s demands. If your quality of life has suffered due to physical chronic pain, I encourage you to explore Fascia, the implications of releasing (stretching) fascia & meditate on how this could be helpful to you!

As a service:

Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR) works directly with the Fascia System (connective tissue) of the body. The goal is to stretch the fascia that contributes to chronic pain. This therapy is to be considered if you have chronic pain, have undergone surgeries, or other physical injuries such as car accidents, falls, certain injuries due to sports & athletics.
